Square Processing Setup

If you want to accept credit cards immediately, Square is a great option.  There is no monthly charge and the fees are similar to most other processors.  Create or login to your account at https://www.squareup.com and remain logged in.  Open Gigbuilder in a second tab, then navigate to Tools -> System Configuration -> Merchant Services.

Select SQUARE PROCESSING from the merchant list, then press AUTHORIZE SQUARE which should automate the entire configuration.   Once completed (about 1 minute) your Gigbuilder virtual terminal will send all payment requests through the Square gateway.

NOTE:  Sometimes the token doesn't update properly -- every 30 days the system needs to re-authorize.  If your client cannot pay, simply return to this menu and press AUTHORIZE SQUARE again.
